Melody has a background as a licensed social worker. She now works with sensitive high achievers, to help let go of perfectionism, to communicate confidently and find lasting work balance. She’s based in New York, but her clients are all over the world.
In her words, “Something I’ve learned from helping thousands of top-performers — from CEOs to fashion designers and finance execs — is that looking like you have it all figured out does not equate to feeling that way within. Instead of maintaining the flawless impression you keep up on the outside, let’s take care of your negative self-talk and nagging fears, so that you can stop pretending to be happy and actually feel that way instead.”
